heh, they did my birthday opening, and they did the end too. haha
from 24th nov 12am, to 24th nov 11.59pm :D
they sang me my birthday song after service. no presents, no cakes. JUST SABOTAGE! haha mentos sour mix. they made me eat half of the whole stick! i'm so gonna hate sour mix LOL
and now as i type and recall, i can sense the sour-ness in my mouth. eeeewwWWWWW!
fellowship was at eighteen chefs. not bad lah the food. then came the cake and presents after a very longgggg time. haha the cake was chocolate with berries, i think it's blackforest but got chocolate. eh i don't know what flavour lah, haa. my second chocolate cake of the day, had one with my family in the noon before i left for expo haha
thanks my brothers and sisters! although the suprise wasn't as successful, but it was HALF successful still ! haha i smiled a genuine smile after incidents that kinda spoilt the mood of some. thanks! :D

min, mf and peiyi came over to my house at 1am plus. and yes it's alr 25th nov HAHA they made me go through a treasure hunt haha
from my doorstep, to the outdoor rubbish chute, to lift A, to the 3rd floor, and TO THEM! haha every where were papers and notes and PRESENTS for me!

but i lost one present. cause they left it in the lift and someone took the lift and TOOK AWAY MY PRESENT!

yupp, we went chilling out as a cell group !
haha we went to this place in bugis call ah chew dessert shop for desserts. haha and we were thinking is it thadd's dad or mum's shop? LOL ok i don't think it's funny now HAHA
and at 12midnight, the cell sang birthday song to me! haha wasn't expecting that.
then we were off to skin! i don't exactly know where is it. haha it's a cool place to chill out with moisy people. cause they have in house rooms where it can contain up to 15 people. chilled out, drank and all.
stop bullying me people, especially thomas who made fun of me the most today! haha and poh, i don't think i'm naive at other matters HAHA

sometimes, people do silly things that make people laugh, dislike or angry. but there is always a limit to everything.
communication
different people have different ways to communicating to different people. they may feel awkward talking it out face to face, so they choose to do so by blogging bout it or by sending a letter or email to the person.
but if it involves sensitive issues, it's always better for them to confront the individual before letting other people know bout it.
there's a reason for everything. any sane person knows this logic.
there's a reason why there are exams in school.
there's a reason why there some people are leaders in your cca or even in an organization.
there's a reason why a person didn't choose to let others know bout an issue.
there's a reason why a person selectively shares with different individuals bout different aspects of their lives.
there's a reason for everything and respect their reasons for doing so. by doing something that goes against their reason will only hurt them. why not just try and understand what they are trying to do?
i've learnt not long ago to try to understand people's objectives in doing things. and i'm still learning. but there're people who just can't register that logic into their brains.
to be someone you want to be
there are many kinds of someones that people want to be.
being true to yourself is important.
being true to the people around you is important.
don't try to be friendly when you don't like the person, cause it only stains your character. and to be someone of great authority and respect, show people your potential. let everyone acknowledge your efforts and potential, instead of using the backdoors which you may think is right.
think twice before you act.
ask yourself, when you are doing something for yourself and you do not know if it will harm you or not, you question it MANY times right?
but when you are doing something for your friend and you do not know if it will harm him/her or not, you question it how many times?
- 2 times or more - this friend is your good friend and you are being true to him/her.
- do it without questioning - ask yourself then, is he/her your friend? do you treat him/her truly as someone you treasure?

SINFONIA 2007
it was a BLAST. totally enjoyed it though there were some screw ups here and there during the first half.
everything pulled off well all thanks to everyone. although many things were completed very last-minute-ly, all's well.

i believe the audience loved comic relief, cause the applause was much louder during the second half than the first HAHA
tribute was super touching. many of us cried, 老师too.
a heartwarming concert, with the alumnus and the main band players. a time to rekindle friendship.

now it's the time
it's time for me to sit down and focus on my projects and individual assginments. the due dates are drawing nearer, as quickly as i've never expected.
it's the time for me to put my all into the last week of practise before concert on friday. that day is coming all too fast. i remember i was still reluctant to commit myself during the holidays due to other commitments :/
(i'm annouced guilty. yes i am guilty.)
it's time for me to think through carefully, which ministry to serve in. the day for me to decide is drawing near as well. Dear God, let me see it.
as for now, it's time for me to have my lunch. HAHA i had a real well-rested night.
